2. How to Order

  1. Browse Products: Navigate to the “Shop” section to explore our zodiac perfume gift sets, including artisanal, vegan, cruelty-free fragrances like Aries (spicy cinnamon and blackberry) or Cancer (aquatic rose).

  2. Select and Add to Cart: Choose your zodiac-themed products, such as Twist & Spritz sets with refillable sprays, charms, and intention cards. Click “Add to Cart.”

  3. Proceed to Checkout: Review your cart, enter shipping details, and select payment method. We offer complimentary standard shipping, samples, returns, and signature packaging with every order.

  4. Payment: Securely complete payment via accepted methods (credit/debit cards, etc.). Orders are confirmed upon payment processing.

  5. Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation with order details, estimated delivery, and tracking if applicable.

  • Store Status: If the store shows “coming soon,” orders may not be available—check back or contact support.

  • Backorders: If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you via email with expected fulfillment dates.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Complimentary worldwide standard shipping on all orders.

  • International Shipping: Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times vary by location (typically 5-14 business days).

  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided where available.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Contact us at support@zodicaperfumery.com to initiate a return.

  • Exchanges: For exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges may apply unless due to our error.

  • Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days after inspection. Refunds issued to original payment method.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized zodiac charms, opened fragrances, or items damaged by misuse.

  • Why is my item on backorder?: High demand for limited-edition scents may cause backorders; we’ll communicate updates.

  • How do I exchange my order?: Follow the return process, then place a new order for the desired item. Contact support for assistance if needed.

5. Warranty and Guarantee Policy

  • Product Warranty: Zodica Perfumery guarantees that all products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If a defect is identified within 90 days from purchase, contact support@zodicaperfumery.com with proof of purchase for a replacement or refund, subject to inspection.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with your fragrance, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.

  • Limitations: Warranty and guarantee do not cover damage due to misuse, improper storage (e.g., exposure to heat), or normal wear and tear. Patch testing is recommended for skin sensitivities, as we cannot guarantee against allergic reactions.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All intellectual property on the Site, including trademarks (e.g., “Zodica Perfumery”), designs, fragrance formulations, and content, is owned by Absolute Laboratory Ltd or its licensors and protected under UK and international intellectual property laws.

  • Usage Rights: You may use the Site and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works without prior written consent is prohibited.

  • Trademarks: “Zodica,” zodiac-themed logos, and related marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
